Adeyemi boasts extensive experience in various sectors such as Manufacturing, Oil and Gas, Insurance, Health Services, and Financial Services. His core expertise spans Corporate Transformation, Strategy Design and Execution, Talent Management, Culture and Change Management, Employee Relations and Engagement, HR Service Delivery, and Organizational Design and Development. He holds a Master’s degree in International Law and Diplomacy and is a full member of the Chartered Institute of Personnel Management.

As General Manager – People and Operations, Adeyemi develops and implements people strategies and oversees general operations. He also serves as the Head of Human Resources and Corporate Services of HCI Healthcare Limited. Prior to his current role, he was the Head of Rewards and Performance Management for AXA Mansard Insurance Plc. He has also worked in various capacities within the Human Resources practice in notable companies such as Honeywell Flour Mills Plc. and Nestoil Group.

Aside from his contributions to current HR issues and trends on social media, Adeyemi is the current Vice Chairman of the CIPM UK Branch and has held several positions such as Financial Secretary of the CIPM Lagos Branch, Chairman of CIPM Alimosho Chapter, and Head of the Research, Publication, and Consultancy Committee.
